Not exactly! Each skull is 100% real and handcrafted, so no two are identical. The shape, size, and natural features of the bone may vary slightly. Our artisans hand-carve every piece, meaning small differences in the design are normal. However, we guarantee that your skull will be just as detailed and stunning as the one in the picture!

No, there won’t be any problems with importing skulls to your country. We take care of all the necessary documentation and ensure our products meet taxidermy standards and legal requirements. You can rest assured that everything is handled properly for a smooth import process.

If your skull arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We take great care in packing your item securely, but if something happens during shipping, we'll resolve it. Simply send us a photo of the damage, and we'll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Your satisfaction is our priority!

1.  Try switching them to the other side.
2.  Then work them back and forth and up and down until they go on.
3.  If they won’t go on as far as you would like, you may need to file down the bone under the horns in the spot that is stopping it from going all the way on.
4.  If there is twine around the bottom of the horns, it is decorative and is supposed to stay there.
5.  Sometimes the horns don’t go all of the way on, it depends how they fit in real life, please see pics on our website.If they are too loose, then either wrap the bones with something and then put the horns on, or use a clear glue and glue them on.

Most of the times we carve our skulls on demand. The carve, treat and dry process take about 2-4 weeks and another week for shipping.

However, most of the times you don't have to wait that long, we always try to dispatch as soon as possible.

If you need your order by a certain date, it is best for you to get in touch with us as soon as you placed your order and we will do our best to get your order processed ASAP.

Unfortunately Skull Utopia can't control any international duties/taxes applied to your package, therefore, you will be responsible for paying additional charges if they apply. DHL is required to collect the Duty and Taxes for your country before they can deliver.

In rare cases, you might be contacted by customs, to submit an invoice. In this case, you can simply forward our order confirmation email which you received when placing your order.

Of course! We want you to feel stress free with your new skull. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.

Just send us an email within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your skull.

Please note: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
